I have a fully dedicated classroom in my house with a sit-stand teaching desk for tiny to large students, numerous teaching resources, and a large whiteboard. I tend to use a variety of learning materials with my students, so teaching at my house allows me to have what I need at my fingertips.

We have two cats. If a student/parent has allergies, I can teach at our shaded outdoor patio or at the local library.

What are your typical hours?
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
What are your fees?
$90/hour. Need-based scholarships may be available.
Is special education appropriate for "normal" students?
Absolutely yes! Someone wise once said that "special education is good education." The instructional methodologies I use benefit all students, not just struggling students. In addition, many students who need special education support are highly intelligent and therefore may fall through the cracks.
What are the next steps if I'm interested?
1) Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
2) If we decide that we're a good fit and I have availability, I will ask you for recent assessments, work samples, report cards, and IEPs.
3) We will schedule a first visit where I will establish rapport and proctor assessments to develop an initial learning plan that I will share with you.
